I'm curious about how redecorating houses might go over. How pervasive is the Happy Homes Association about policing conformity? More specifically, do they stick to public presentation, re: personal attire, behavior, and the exterior of peoples' homes? Or do they go peeking in windows to find things to be dismayed about (such as, walls painted to have hot rod flame decals)?
